WHAT IS PROPER PALS?
Proper Pals is a workshop style fundraising event. It gives people the confidence and tools to show up for themselves and their pals, while raising funds for It's Cool To Cry.
On the night you'll get to hear from our Proper Panel about what it's like to struggle, how they got through it and how they cope.
Plus you'll walk away with a tool kit of information to have these life changing conversations on the night and beyond.
